The win was the Tigers' fourth straight and lifted their season record to 5-3. Earlham fell to 0-8 with the defeat. Elisa Cady (Fr., St. Louis, Mo./Whitfield) led the way with three goals in the final 18 minutes. Chris Brown (So., Bexley, Ohio/Columbus School for Girls) got the scoring started just 46 seconds into the second half with Ali Rafferty (Sr., St. Louis, Mo./Mary Institute Country Day) and Lisa Goecke (Fr., Royal Oak, Mich/Academy of the Sacred Heart) following. The Tigers outshot the Hustlin' Quakers 53-0 for the contest and held a 23-0 advantage in penalty corners. DePauw's next match is set for Saturday at noon when the Tigers host Hanover at McKeen Field. |
